This floor warming installation kit contains everything needed for quick and economical installation of a radiant heat flooring system. It makes installation easy and will provide heat to warm the floors and help keep floors dry and safe. The mat installs in thin-set or self-leveling mortar to warm tile, stone, vinyl, or laminate flooring. This kit includes a 120 VAC floor heating mat that measures 2 feet wide x 35 feet long and covers a 70 square foot area. Also included is a SunStat(TM) Connect (Wi-Fi) programmable touchscreen thermostat, LoudMouth installation monitor, double sided tape and installation manual.
