ProMelt Mats and Cables come standard with a 20-ft. power lead, but can be ordered with extra-long power leads up to a maximum of 50 ft. in length. When you place your order, let us know how long the leads need to be in order to reach the electrical box or control. We'll attach a custom power lead to fit your application. Power lead is used with 120 VAC, 208 VAC, 240 VAC, and 277 VAC ProMelt Products.
This simple and safe kit is used to repair heating elements that have been damaged during installation. It is suitable for all ProMelt snow melting products. Kit includes materials to make one repair: jumper wires, 1 ground jumper wire, 2 ground solder tubes, 4 heating wire solder tubes, and 1 shrink sleeve. Detailed written instructions are included. Please call before making any type of repair.
CableStrap is used to hold ProMelt Cable in place at the desired spacing in applications that don't use rebar or rewire. Anchor the strap at 3-4 ft. intervals across the surface. Cut using ordinary tin snips. Order one 25-ft.-long coil per 50-60 sq. ft. of ProMelt.
6 inch cable ties are used to tie ProMelt Mat and/or Cable to rewire or rebar.
Permanent aluminum plaque to indicate where a snow melting system has been installed.
